LifeBuilders is the discipleship ministry of Grace. 

You cannot become like Christ without any personal effort.

There are four primary sections in the disciple's personal commitment to spiritual growth:

     Walking with God

     Knowing the Word

     Applying the Word

     Ministering the Word

Each disciple is challenged to become like Christ through Bible study, prayer, ministry to others, and accountability.

In 2 Timothy 2:2, Paul calls on Timothy to pass on to other reliable men what God has taught him. In the same fashion, older women are challenged to disciple the younger women in Titus 2:3-5. 

We encourage disciples to be a “Timothy” to be mentored by a “Paul”. Some are doing this as couples, others in one-on-one encounters.

Christianity is meant to be lived in community, each disciple growing into the image of Christ through encouragement, instruction, fellowship, and discipline.

Life groups are intentionally small - no more than eight. They meet weekly after the morning worship service. Deep, strong relationships are built over time as believers live out the truths they learn from the Bible.

Life Mentoring is the disciple’s opportunity to be personally mentored by a mature disciple. In this smallest of groupings the disciple will 1) address personal issues that hinder growth, 2) practice spiritual disciplines that encourage development, and 3) develop a life of accountability. The framework for this mentoring is the steps listed below.
